Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet apparel tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or dander.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
